Hello,
My name is Philip Houha, owner of P.S. Houha Appraisals. I have been practicing residential appraisals in Colorado since moving to Boulder in 1997. Prior to this I practiced residential and commercial appraisal work in Ft. Lauderdale, FL starting in 1985.
I became a Certified Residential Appraiser in 1989 and have been registered as a Real Estate Broker and Salesman in the State of Florida since 1984.
I attended Broward Community College from 1976 to 1978.
I graduated from the University of Florida in 1981 with a Bachelor of Music Education.
My wife Diana and I have enjoyed raising our daughters Jennifer and Laura here in Colorado.
I also participate in hiking, bicycling, sailing and sports car rallying, tours and restoration including classic English cars such as Morgan and the Swedish/British classic Volvo 1800. Give us a call and we can go for a drive in the Rocky Mountains at our door step.
